Who it's for
Adults in the US diaspora who understand Bosnian but freeze when it's time to speak. Many grew up hearing the language at home and answering in English. Bosanski gets them talking again — to parents, to relatives back home, and to their nana.
It's also built for families learning together: a kids mode reskins the app for children, leagues and friends let relatives learn side by side, and a Family plan covers up to 4 people.

Nana is the guide: a Bosnian grandmother whose recorded voice teaches every word and cheers you on. You're scored on being understood, not on being perfect — say it well enough to be understood and Nana tells you so.

How we built it.
A native iPhone app, a web app, a voice, speech scoring, two payment systems and a content pipeline — designed, built and run by our small team in Chicago.
